Pregnancy Yoga – 4 Week Journey

This 4-week pregnancy yoga container is centred around Hatha Yoga, where we gently hold asanas (postures) to support a deeper connection to your body, mind, and soul, and most importantly, to your growing baby. Each class is designed to be slow, grounding, and nurturing, creating space for you to soften inward, build strength in mind & body, and cultivate trust in your body and your unique journey into motherhood.

 

Whether you’re in early pregnancy, moving into the middle stages, or preparing for birth you are welcome here. There will be a strong emphasis on breath, awareness, and intuitive movement, alongside meditation and guided connection with your baby.

This space is also about community. You’ll be welcomed into a circle where you can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other women walking a similar path. A space of openness, support, and shared understanding.

About your teacher
My name is Niamh. I’m originally from Ireland and I’m a midwife, yoga teacher, and a deeply passionate space-holder for women throughout pregnancy. I’ve always been fascinated by the pregnant, ever-changing body and the innate wisdom it holds. Supporting women during this transformative time is something I feel truly honoured to do. I’m really looking forward to meeting you and holding this space together. 🤍

Please ensure you have clearance from your healthcare provider before attending, especially if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy or if your pregnancy is considered high-risk.

Time: 11:00am – 12:00pm

$90 for 4 weeks

$27 drop in (if you cant make all 4 weeks)
