Inspired Flow
This is an energising Vinyasa Flow class that links movement with breath in a continuous, flowing sequence.
Classes combine traditional yoga postures with creative transitions and variations, guided by music to support rhythm, focus, and momentum. The pace can vary. Some classes are stronger and more dynamic, while others are slower and more controlled, depending on the intention for the day.
Vinyasa flow helps build strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness, while also mental focus.
This is an open-level class. However, we recommend completing our 4-week beginner course or having some prior vinyasa experience.
Fire & Earth
Fire & Earth is a dynamic fusion of strong Vinyasa flow and grounding Yin yoga. The first half of class ignites your inner fire through intelligent sequencing, heat-building movement, and breath-led strength work. Expect to move, sweat, and challenge your body in a way that sharpens focus, builds functional strength, and opens space in the body.
After the flow, we settle into the earth element: long-held Yin shapes that target fascia, joints, and the deeper layers of the body. This quiet practice calms the nervous system, enhances mobility, and invites a profound sense of spaciousness and release. Where Vinyasa cultivates heat, vitality, and resilience, Yin invites surrender, stillness, and deep integration.
The synergy of fire and earth offers the best of both worlds: strength and softness, effort and ease, action and introspection. Students leave feeling clear, grounded, open, and deeply restored.

Our sequence of deeply relaxing poses is thoughtfully supported by bolsters, blocks, and blankets, offering you the perfect sanctuary to melt away stress and restore balance. With extended holds ranging from two to five minutes per posture, you'll gently coax your body into a state of softness and ease, allowing you to nurture your connective tissues and enhance flexibility from within. As your physical being begins to yield, your mind follows suit, inviting you to let go of any lingering mental clutter.

Balance
Hatha yoga is a traditional practice that forms the foundation of many modern yoga styles. Rooted in ancient Indian teachings, Hatha focuses on balancing the body and mind through a combination of physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and relaxation techniques. The word “Hatha” can be translated as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), representing the balance of opposing energies within us.
This class offers a steady-paced practice, allowing time to explore each posture with proper alignment and mindful breathwork. Hatha yoga is known for improving flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting inner calm and mental clarity.

Cultivate Calm
This is a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class that helps you slow down, release tension, and calm the mind.
You’ll move through supported, floor-based postures held for longer periods, allowing the body to soften and connective tissue to lengthen. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets make the practice accessible and comfortable, while gentle mindfulness and meditation help ease mental stress.
Expect to leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply relaxed.
Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners and experienced yogis looking to balance more active practices.
Fundamentals
In this beginner Vinyasa Flow class, you’ll discover how to connect deeply with your body and breath, moving with greater skill, ease, and awareness. This class is delivered workshop style, so lots of space and time to take in all the new information, while also flowing on your mat.
Through gentle guidance, we’ll help you release tension, enhance flexibility, and gradually build strength. You’ll explore essential foundational poses, including standing postures, forward and back bends, seated poses, twists & sun salutations.
Together, we’ll focus on finding alignment in each pose, so you can experience both stability and ease in your practice. You’ll also learn to use your breath as a powerful tool to support and deepen each movement.

Inspired Hot Flow
Step into the heat and ignite your practice with Inspired Hot Flow, a dynamic and uplifting Vinyasa class set in our infrared-heated studio at 35°C. This open-level class moves with breath and intention, creating a seamless flow of movement, strength, and mindfulness.
Why Vinyasa?
Vinyasa yoga is known for its fluid transitions, linking postures with breath to build strength, flexibility, and balance. This style keeps you present and engaged while offering a full-body workout that detoxifies, energizes, and relieves stress.

Loosen
Loosen is a deeply restorative practice that combines Myofascial Release techniques with the long, nourishing holds of Yin yoga. This class begins with gentle, guided myofascial release, using props and mindful movement to target fascia, release tension, and free the body’s connective tissue. These techniques help restore mobility, ease stiffness, and prepare the body for deeper release.
Following the release, we move into Yin yoga postures, where long-held shapes invite the nervous system to settle, the body to soften, and space to open. The combination of myofascial release and Yin creates a profound sense of spaciousness, ease, and alignment, allowing both body and mind to unwind deeply.

Exhale
This beautifully immersive experience offers a blend of gentle yet transformative conscious breathwork practice, guiding you into a state of deep presence and ease and restorative postures that allow your body and mind to fully surrender.

This is a Gentle Flow class with its emphasis on slow, mindful movements and conscious breathing, crafted to leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised, and fully present in your body. It provides a perfect balance of gentle movement and relaxation, supporting your overall well-being and allowing you to reconnect with yourself on the mat.
The sequences are designed in the signature TPY style but giving you space to luxuriate in your practice, move with ease, and fully enjoy each posture.
Expect to leave feeling calm, restored, and energised, with a sense of balance and well-being that carries beyond your practice.

Move & Melt
Move & Melt is a nurturing flow that marries gentle Vinyasa movement with the quiet depth of Yin yoga. This class begins with mindful, slow-paced Vinyasa sequences designed to awaken the body, cultivate flexibility, and bring warmth and lightness to the joints and muscles. Breath-led movement encourages presence, connection, and ease in your body while inviting a sense of playful exploration.
After the flow, we transition into Yin yoga, long-held postures that target connective tissue, release tension, and invite stillness. Here, the body softens, the nervous system quiets, and a deep sense of spaciousness emerges. Yin balances the active Vinyasa portion, allowing both body and mind to integrate movement and rest, effort and surrender.
Move & Melt is perfect for those who want to move, stretch, and awaken their body, while also slipping into a state of calm, restorative release. Students leave feeling open, grounded, and blissfully aligned in both body and mind.
Sacred Stillness
A Journey Into Stillness: Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
Let yourself be held.
Restorative yoga is an invitation to soften, to surrender, and to simply be. In this deeply nurturing practice, your body is lovingly supported by props, bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to fully let go and drift into a state of profound rest. There is no effort, no striving. Just gentle stillness and spaciousness.
As your nervous system begins to settle and your breath slows, stress melts away and a deep inner calm emerges. This is a practice of coming home to yourself, of honouring your need for slowness, care, and quiet.
We complete the journey with a blissful sound bath, where healing vibrations wash over you in waves of resonance and harmony. The different instruments soothing frequencies help to release held emotions, clear energetic blockages, and restore balance on every level, body, mind, and spirit.

Warm Inspired Flow
Step into our Energising Flow, a breath-led Vinyasa experience designed to invigorate your body and centre your mind.
In this dynamic, open-level class, you’ll be guided through a fluid sequence that encourages mindful movement and deep connection to the breath. Each posture builds upon the next, creating a rhythm that awakens the body and calms the nervous system.
Practised in a comfortably warm room (maintained between 24–26°C with infrared heating panels), the gentle heat supports muscle activation and helps you move with greater ease and awareness.
Whether you’re setting the tone for your day or shaking off the weight of it, this class invites you to cultivate vitality, clarity, and inner balance through the power of Vinyasa flow.
Open to all levels — some Vinyasa experience recommended.
Restore
Step into a sanctuary of calm of Restore, a 90-minute class designed to guide you into deep relaxation and renewal. This nurturing practice combines Restorative Yoga, and Guided Meditation to create a harmonious journey for body, mind, and soul.
What to Expect:
We begin with Restorative Yoga, a practice of fully supported postures using props to allow the body to completely let go. With extended holds and minimal effort, this part of the class encourages physical and emotional release while nurturing your body’s natural healing process.
Concluding with a Guided Meditation, where you’ll be led into a tranquil state of mindfulness and inner stillness. This meditative journey will leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and grounded.
