Making Peace | A Two-Hour Yin + Ho’oponopono Practice
There are things we carry long after the moment itself has passed. Old hurts. Regrets. Resentments. Words we wish had been said differently. Parts of ourselves we have struggled to forgive.
MAKING PEACE is a special two-hour practice devoted to creating a little more space around all that we carry.
We’ll begin with a deeply nourishing, whole-body Yin Yoga practice, slowly opening through the body and creating space physically and energetically. A practice of softening, unwinding and becoming receptive.
From there, we’ll move into the beautiful Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono.
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Simple words, repeated slowly and intentionally, as an offering of reconciliation, forgiveness, compassion and love. This isn't about pretending that everything is okay, or forcing ourselves to forgive before we're ready.
It is simply a space to soften.
To listen.
To loosen our grip on what we have been carrying.
And maybe, in our own time and our own way, to begin making peace.
