My name is Rocio, and for 17 years I’ve had the honor of guiding students through the transformative paths of yoga, movement, breath, and inner connection. My practice spans over two decades, and it continues to evolve; growing with me, teaching me, and grounding me.

My journey has been shaped by teachers from places such as India, London, Paris, New York, Madrid, Nepal, Australia and Mexico City, each one offering perspectives that expanded my understanding of the body, the mind, and the subtle layers of the practice. I hold multiple international certifications, including Level 2 Authorization from Sharath Yoga Centre in Mysore, India, one of the highest acknowledgments within the traditional Ashtanga lineage.

I teach seven styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and meditation. My approach weaves together intelligent sequencing, functional strength, breathwork, and soulful presence, creating classes that feel grounding, challenging, nurturing, and energetically intentional.

I love meeting students exactly where they are, whether they seek movement, clarity, strength, relaxation, or a deeper spiritual anchor.

For over a decade, I’ve led workshops, retreats, immersions, and curated offerings on both asana and philosophy. I deeply enjoy creating meaningful and tailored content for studios, groups, and individuals, bridging tradition with contemporary awareness.

My work also extends beyond the mat. I am a certified sonotherapist and guide traditional cacao ceremonies, offering sound, ritual, and heart-centered experiences that support emotional release, inner remembrance, and connection to one’s own truth.

After many years traveling around the world, I now call Perth home. I feel grateful to root into a new community and share my practice with students, seekers, and collaborators who feel drawn to this path.

At the heart of everything I teach is a simple intention: to create spaces where you can breathe fully, move honestly, and come home to yourself.
